Customer Tips in all formats are extremely welcome, and appreciated by our Staff.
All Tips go directly to our Staff. 

Our prices do not include gratuities. However, a mandatory 10% Service Charge applies to Groups of 8 or more and is similarly distributed in its entirety to our Staff. 

Where Tips are pooled 70% goes to our Front of House Staff and 30% to our Kitchen Staff. The distribution of Tips is managed and over seen by our Staff. Where tips are not pooled (tips to Bar Staff), these tips are retained by the Staff Member for whom these Tips are intended.

Our Tips Policy is in line with The Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022. Tips and gratuities do not form part of the basic wages of any employee.
